At Biofit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Biofit garment tags are intact and the product is free of any signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
